UrbanSolutions Planning & Land Development Consultants Inc. is the authorized planning consultant acting on behalf of Vrancor Group and Brooklyn Contracting the owner of 154 Main Street East and 49 Walnut Street South.
The proposal entails establishing a 25 storey mixed use residential apartment building with commercial facilities fronting on Main Street East and a 7 storey parking structure fronting on Jackson Street East. The new building will consist of residential and commercial facilities, 267 residential units (154 Main Street East) and 274 parking spaces in the form of a parking structure (49 Walnut Street South).
To facilitate this proposal, an application for a Zoning By-Law Amendment was submitted to the City of Hamilton in on October 11, 2017.
